麻疹是由麻疹病毒引起的以发热、呼吸道卡他症状和全身斑丘疹为特征的急性传染病,是引起儿童死亡和其他严重并发症的主要原因。为提高义乌市儿童麻疹类疫苗初种及时率,我们从未及时接种原因入手开展干预,以干预前后接种及时率变化为依据,探索提高麻疹疫苗接种覆盖率和及时率的可行方法。现将结果报道如下。
Measles is an acute infectious disease characterized by fever, respiratory catarrhal symptoms and generalized rash and is the leading cause of death and other serious complications in children. In order to improve the timely vaccination rate of measles vaccines for children in Yiwu City, we did not start the intervention in time, and based on the changes of the vaccination rates before and after the intervention, we explored feasible ways to improve coverage and prompt measles vaccination coverage. The results are reported below.
