在应对突发公共卫生事件中,医院承担着早期报警、控制传播(指传染性疾病)、降低突发公共卫生事件所致社会影响等多重责任。因此医院是应对突发公共卫生事件的重要组成部分,但其能力又属于一种储备的能力,与国家防灾减灾工作的物质储备性质相同。为更有效地应对突发公共卫生事件,大力加强应急医疗体制和应急医疗队伍建设,其中,整合现有的应急资源,提高医院应对突发事件的能力成为工作重点。
In response to public health emergencies, the hospital has multiple responsibilities such as early warning, control of transmission (infectious diseases) and social impact of public health emergencies. Therefore, the hospital is an important part of coping with emergent public health emergencies, but its ability belongs to one kind of reserve capacity again, which is the same as the material reserve of national disaster prevention and mitigation work. In order to deal with public health emergencies more effectively, we must vigorously strengthen the emergency medical system and emergency medical team construction. Among them, the integration of existing emergency resources and improvement of the ability of hospitals to deal with emergencies have become the focus of work.
