购物中心在我国经历了近十年的发展和实践。作为一种大型商业建筑类型和商业地产的产品,购物中心建设涉及规划建筑设计、商业招商运营、房地产开发等领域的诸多因素。购物中心建成开业并不是终结,而是开始,接下来的运行过程带来的经济和社会效益,购物消费者的满意程度,才是衡量购物中心成败的关键。本论坛邀请了中国商业联合会购物中心专业委员会和国内知名的购物中心开发、设计和商业管理专家,从不同的角度,结合我国国情和实践,着重就行业管理、业态组合与规划建筑设计、外部交通组织,内部动线规划等关键问题进行了深入的剖析。
Shopping centers in China have experienced nearly a decade of development and practice. As a large commercial building type and commercial real estate products, shopping center construction involves planning architectural design, business investment and operation, real estate development and other fields of many factors. The opening of the shopping center is not the end but the beginning. The economic and social benefits brought by the subsequent operation and the satisfaction of the shopping consumers are the keys to measuring the success of the shopping center. This forum invited China Chamber of Commerce Shopping Center Professional Committee and the well-known shopping center development, design and business management experts, from different angles, combined with China’s national conditions and practice, focusing on industry management, portfolio and planning architectural design, external Traffic organization, internal moving planning and other key issues in-depth analysis.
