基于化学发光及氧对荧光的猝灭作用,开发了一种荧光氧传感器(传感系统)。考虑到气体猝灭剂(氧)在高分子半透膜内同时存在吸附与溶解作用,一个新的荧光猝灭动力学模型建立起来了。该方程能够很好地说明荧光猝灭的机理,并能够非常准确地拟合实验数据。
Based on chemiluminescence and fluorescence quenching of oxygen, a fluorescent oxygen sensor (sensor system) was developed. Taking into account the gas quencher (oxygen) in the polymer semi-permeable membrane simultaneously exist adsorption and dissolution, a new fluorescence quenching kinetic model was established. This equation can well explain the mechanism of fluorescence quenching and fit the experimental data very accurately.
