黄炎培职业教育思想指引下务必要求其知识传授者要具有相应的知识、技能和职业道德,而知识与技能往往通过教师的言行表达出来,职业道德也体现在知识与技能的传授过程当中。在高职院校教师师德修养的过程中,“慎独”是一种重要的师德修养方法,更是师德修养所要达到的一种师德境界。高职院校师德修养的实质,决定其修养的根本途径只能是社会实践。
Under the guidance of Huang Yanpei’s vocational education ideology, knowledge transferrs must have appropriate knowledge, skills and professional ethics. Knowledge and skills are often expressed through teachers’ words and deeds. Professional ethics are also reflected in the process of imparting knowledge and skills. In the process of teacher morality cultivation in higher vocational colleges, “Cautiousness ” is an important method of teacher morality cultivation, and it is also a kind of morality to be achieved by teacher morality cultivation. The essence of the cultivation of teachers’ morality in higher vocational colleges and universities, the fundamental way to determine their cultivation can only be social practice.
