随着检察改革的不断深入,各级检察机关更加注重在检察长主持下充分发挥检察委员会业务决策职能。检察委员会办公室作为检察委员会的办事机构,发挥领导决策的“智囊团”和案件审查的“过滤器”作用,对于检察委员会业务决策职能的履行至关重要。我院检察委员会办事机构对议案的初审预研工作机制进行了积极探索和大胆尝试,经过几年来的不懈努力,切实履行了参谋助手的职能,对我院检察委员会工作质量和效率的提高发挥了积极作用。
With the continuous deepening of procuratorial reform, procuratorial organs at all levels pay more attention to giving full play to the procuratorial committee’s business decision-making functions under the auspices of the Attorney General. As the prosecutor’s office, the procuratorial committee’s office plays the role of “think tank” for case decision-making and “filter” for case review. It is crucial for the procuratorial committee to fulfill its business decision-making functions. The procuratorate commission of our hospital actively explored and boldly tried the working mechanism of the preliminary review of the motion. After several years of unremitting efforts, it effectively fulfilled the functions of aiding staff and played an important role in improving the quality and efficiency of the procuratorial work in our hospital positive effects.
