目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定复方甲硝唑擦剂中甲硝唑和氯霉素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为C18,流动相为甲醇-水(50:50),流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长为277nm,柱温为25℃。结果:甲硝唑和氯霉素分别在50.06μg·mL-1~400.48μg·mL-1(r=0.9998)和7.55μg·mL-1~60.40μg·mL-1(r=0.9998)的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为102.33%(RSD=0.67%)和100.22%(RSD=0.80%)。结论:本方法方便,准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质控标准。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of metronidazole and chloramphenicol in compound metronidazole liniment by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The column was C18, the mobile phase was methanol-water (50:50), the flow rate was 1 mL · min-1, the detection wavelength was 277 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: The concentrations of metronidazole and chloramphenicol in the range of 50.06μg · mL -1 ~ 400.48μg · mL -1 (r = 0.9998) and 7.55μg · mL -1 ~ 60.40μg · mL -1 (r = 0.9998) The average recoveries were 102.33% (RSD = 0.67%) and 100.22% (RSD = 0.80%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible, and can be used as the quality control standard of the preparation.
