在新医改的背景下,医院的人力资源管理对于医院的发展起到决定性的作用。针对医院的特殊性质及其发展趋势,再根据我国医院人力资源管理的现状和所存在的问题,柔性管理模式是医院人力资源管理发展的必然趋势。探讨医院人力资源管理实行柔性管理的可行性,并针对医院人力资源管理采用柔性管理模式提供科学的建议。
Under the background of new medical reform, human resource management in hospitals plays a decisive role in the development of hospitals. In view of the special nature of the hospital and its development trend, and according to the status quo and existing problems of the hospital human resource management in our country, the flexible management mode is the inevitable trend of the hospital human resource management. To explore the feasibility of implementing flexible management of human resources management in hospitals and to provide scientific suggestions for using flexible management models in human resources management of hospitals.
