观察糖尿病小鼠脏器ATP酶活性的变化及大蒜素对其的影响,结果显示.糖尿病小鼠心、脑、脾、肾、肝线粒体及微粒体Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶活性明显下降或呈下降趋势.大蒜素能有效提高各脏器ATP酶活性,提示大蒜素对糖尿病及其并发症防治具有重要意义.
The changes of ATPase activity in organs of diabetic mice and the effects of allicin on it were observed. The results showed that. The activities of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase in heart, brain, spleen, kidney, liver mitochondria and microsomes of diabetic mice were significantly decreased or decreased. Allicin can effectively increase ATPase activity of various organs, suggesting that allicin has important significance in the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications.
