[目的 /意义]为更好地满足科研创新的需求,提出科研创新环境下应开展深度知识服务,推进知识服务深层次发展。[方法/过程]梳理知识服务深度发展进程及知识服务的层次,界定深度知识服务的内涵、要素与特点,以及在科技创新、科研数据管理和战略规划发展视角下的服务价值。[结果 /结论]构建深度知识服务的实施流程框架与策略,包括3个实施阶段,涉及需求策略、方法策略、技术策略、服务策略、评价策略、管理策略等6个方面。在此基础上,探讨开展深度知识服务的实现路径,包括需求精准定位、嵌入式馆员培养、评价性知识资源平台建设、规范与管理制度建设等方面。
[Purpose / Significance] In order to better meet the needs of scientific research and innovation, it is suggested that in the environment of scientific research and innovation, deep knowledge services should be carried out to promote the further development of knowledge services. [Method / Process] Combing the depth of knowledge services and the level of knowledge services, defining the connotation, elements and characteristics of deep knowledge services, and the service value under the perspective of scientific and technological innovation, research data management and strategic planning and development. [Result / Conclusion] To construct the implementation process framework and strategy of deep knowledge service, including three implementation stages, including demand strategy, method strategy, technical strategy, service strategy, evaluation strategy and management strategy. On this basis, we discuss the ways to carry out the deep knowledge service, including the precise positioning of demand, the training of embedded librarians, the construction of evaluation knowledge resources platform, the construction of normative and management systems and so on.
