目的探讨核因子(NF)-B 蛋白在偏头痛痛觉信息的传递中的作用。方法雄性 SD大鼠,手术暴露其上矢状窦区(superior sagittal sinus,SSS)后电刺激该区硬脑膜,应用免疫组织化学染色技术观察中脑导水管(PAG)周围灰质 NF-B 蛋白表达的变化。结果空白组、假手术组、刺激组每张切片 PAG 区的 NF-B 蛋白阳性神经元数分别为111.7±15.7、112.9±10.7、508.7±30.8,刺激-组较其他组差异有统计学意义(t=-41.52,t=-36.21,均 P<0.05)。结论在 PAG 区出现 NF-B细胞的激活,表明 NF-B 蛋白在偏头痛的发生及发展过程中起到了一定作用。
Objective To investigate the role of nuclear factor (NF) -B in the transmission of migraine pain information. Methods Male Sprague Dawley rats were surgically exposed to superior sagittal sinus (SSS) and then implanted into the dura of the area. Immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the expression of NF-κB in the gray matter of midbrain (PAG) The change. Results The number of NF-B-positive neurons in PAG area of each group was 111.7 ± 15.7, 112.9 ± 10.7 and 508.7 ± 30.8 respectively in the blank group, sham operation group and stimulation group, the difference between the stimulation group and the other groups was statistically significant ( t = -41.52, t = -36.21, all P <0.05). Conclusion The activation of NF-B cells in PAG region suggests that NF-B protein plays a role in the development and progression of migraine.
