回首2003,中国企业界所经历的风雨历程,试想一下,把各种理念像烤肉一样串在一起,撒上“思维”的胡椒后,也不失为一顿待客大餐。执行、领导力、接班人、全球招聘、国际化、跨文化、优秀到卓越,危机管理、CFO、并购、跨行业多元化、民营化、私募股权,这些词语也同时被学者、经理人、企业家串在“管理”的竹签上,在市场的碳火上滋滋作响。一个企业要实现从优秀到卓越,这些坎儿,肯定是要迈过去的,这也是中国民族经济壮大的“管理路线图”!
