河北省邢台地区认真贯彻过几年紧日子的精神,从各级领导机关做起,坚持紧日子紧过,形成了艰苦奋斗,勤俭节约的良好风气。1987年以来,在政策性增支因素逐年增多的情况下,全区行政管理费增长幅度得到了有效控制。1987年,全区行政管理费支出比上年增长7.4%,但较上年增长幅度减少了25.3个百分点;1988年增长4.4%,又比1987年增长幅度减少3个百分点。1989年,由于受上年调资等增支因素的影响,增长幅度为14.4%。三年的行政管理费支出均未突破省分配控制指标。 Xingtai, Hebei Province, earnestly implemented the spirit of a few years of tight life, starting from the leading organs at all levels, upholding the tight life, formed a hard work, thrift and good weather.
