目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸检测在T2DM早期肾损伤中临床应用价值。方法选取2009年10月~2013年6月本院进行治疗的115例T2DM患者病程、血清同型半胱氨酸、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、血肌酐含量进行检测,根据mALB量将DM患者分为三组,以同期在本院进行体检的40例健康人群作为正常对照组,并对四组检测结果进行比较。结果 T2DM患者血清Hcy含量高于健康对照组,各组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);血清Hcy含量与病程、mALB、CREA水平呈正相关(r分别为0.66、0.59、0.46),P<0.05。结论随着T2DM患者血清Hcy水平增加,尿mALB水平逐渐增加,提示血清Hcy和尿mALB联合检测可以动态观T2DM患者肾脏微血管病变程度,提高DM及EDN诊断效果,具有很好的临床应用价值。“,”Objective Study of serum homocysteine detection in the clinical application value of early renal injury in T2DM.Methods 115 cases of T2DM patients, serum homocysteine treated in this hospital in 2009 October~2013 years 6 months, glycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albumin, serum creatinine were detected. The results suggest that the serum levels of Hcy and urine mALB can dynamicaly view kidney patients T2DM micro vascular lesions, To improve DM and EDN diagnosis, Has good clinical application value.
