博山水泵厂(下称博泵厂)试车站是博泵厂技改工程的主体,也是机械工业部工业泵制造行业中首次采用微机测试系统的技改项目。它是按年产五万台生产纲领设计的,其中每一台水泵产品都必须按ISO C级标准进行出厂试验,产品中的10%还必须按ISO B级标准进行性能试验或汽蚀试验。这样,除了测试精度之外,测试效率便成为设计中的主要关键。为此,我们在熟悉了水泵测试工艺的特点之后,设计了用计算机同时测试两个试车台位的方案。在系统硬件上,除了采用两套生产过程通道之外,还配置了两台8510打印机,以便同时打印出
