中国法官协会法院文化分会会长李玉成、秘书长马迎新在考察河北省霸州市人民法院文化建设的做法时.对霸州法院文化设施建设、文化活动开展方面取得的成绩给予了充分肯定。李玉成会长指出.法院文化建设的最终目的应达到这样一个水平:我们一提到自己是一个法官.首先要想到自己是人民的法官,我们要得到社会的公认,使公众认为我们这个队伍是特殊材料建造成的队伍,是一个公正、廉洁、为民的队伍,当事人在接过法院的判决时,就相信这个判决是公正的。那么,得到李玉成会长、马迎新秘书长充分肯定的河北霸州法院文化建设,有哪些经验值得各地法院学习和借鉴呢?这里,我们把他们的主要做法介绍如下。
