一、我国传统产业面临转型升级的压力“十二五”期间是我国转变发展方式的关键时期,工业企业的转型升级是我国转变发展方式的关键环节。目前,我国已成为世界制造大国,但大而不强。大部分产业的规模和产量居世界前列,而工业产值增加值率长期徘徊不前,世界名牌产品和知名企业的数量屈指可数。
