这是一项对30名年轻职业潜水员长达12年的前瞻性研究。研究目的是考察累积的潜水活动是否会对潜水员的听力造成影响。该研究从所有职业潜水员刚开始接受潜水训练的时候开始,在整个追踪研究中潜水员所从事的都是浅海空气潜水,平均潜水次数为477(40~4458)次。研究中所评价的听力水平为潜水员在隔声室内检测到的气导听阈值。研究结果显示,潜水员的听力在不同频率有显著降低,表现在右耳0.25、0.5、2、3、6 kHz和左耳3、4、6 kHz;潜水员双耳在4、8 kHz的听功能下降与潜水活动有相关性(P<0.01)。噪声暴露有可能是听力损伤的原因,但这项研究结果显示职业潜水员的听力受损与他们的职业活动有相关性。
This is a prospective study of 30 young professional divers for up to 12 years. The purpose of the study was to examine whether the accumulated diving activity has an impact on the diver’s hearing. The study began with the beginning of diving training by all professional divers, who conducted shallow-water air diving throughout the tracking study for an average of 477 (40 to 4458) dive attempts. The level of hearing evaluated in the study was the diversion hearing threshold detected by the diver in the soundproof room. The results showed that the diver’s hearing ability decreased significantly at different frequencies, showing 0.25, 0.5, 2, 3, 6 kHz in the right ear and 3, 4, 6 kHz in the left ear. The diver’s hearing ability decreased at 4, 8 kHz And diving activities are related (P <0.01). Noise exposure may be the cause of hearing impairment, but the results of this study show that occupational divers have hearing impairment associated with their occupational activity.
