老年口腔颌面部肿瘤患者合并系统性疾病比较常见。对这些患者进行围手术期的风险评估与控制,以及围手术期的处理,可有效地提高手术的成功率,从而取得满意的治疗效果。本文就老年口腔颌面部肿瘤患者围手术期的风险评估与控制的研究进展作一综述。
Older oral and maxillofacial tumor patients with systemic diseases are more common. Perioperative risk assessment and control of these patients, as well as perioperative management, can effectively improve the success rate of surgery to achieve satisfactory results. This article reviews the progress of perioperative risk assessment and control of elderly patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors.
