在钢筋混凝土结构的高层建筑施工中,采用自升式大模工法,是集高速度、高质量、高效益于一体的新型施工方法。上海市第一建筑工程公司将此工法应用于国外投资项目——上海商城三座超高层的全现浇钢筋混凝土结构塔楼工程上,效益高、速度快、质量优、成本低,获得国内外行家的一致好评。该工程的结构于一九八八年在上海市结构工程质量评比中获得第一名。一九八九年二月通过上海市建委和市建管局技术鉴定,确认达到国内先进水平。一、特点 (一)大面积预制定型模板拆升过程中,无需配备大型机械,可以自行提升。 (二)施工简便,工艺程序清晰易懂,操作和管理者易于掌握。
