采用金属型铸造A380和A360压铸铝合金,研究了这两种合金的耐腐蚀性能,分析了Al-Si-Cu系合金的腐蚀机理。采用全浸试验方法测试腐蚀速率,腐蚀后试样用光学显微镜和带有能谱仪的扫描电镜观察试样表面腐蚀产物和腐蚀基体,结合电化学极化曲线分析腐蚀机理。结果表明,A360腐蚀速率比A380小,A380和A360在3.5%的NaCl溶液中浸泡都发生点蚀,腐蚀产物呈白色絮状,A380点蚀程度比A360严重,腐蚀形貌和腐蚀机理有明显区别。
The A380 and A360 die-cast aluminum alloy were cast by metal to study the corrosion resistance of the two alloys. The corrosion mechanism of Al-Si-Cu alloy was analyzed. The immersion test method was used to test the corrosion rate. The corroded samples were observed with an optical microscope and a scanning electron microscope with an energy disperse spectrometer to observe the corrosion products and the corrosion matrix on the samples. The corrosion mechanism was analyzed by electrochemical polarization curves. The results showed that the corrosion rate of A360 was smaller than that of A380 and the pitting corrosion of A380 and A360 was observed in 3.5% NaCl solution. The corrosion products were white flocculent. The A380 pitting degree was more serious than A360. The corrosion morphology and corrosion mechanism were obviously different .
