第二号(线-2)目前在输电线路工程中,关于安装钢筋混凝土杆前在底盘槽口处灌注水泥砂浆问题,设计与施工单位有不同意见。设言十单位认为应灌注水泥砂浆,理由是:(1)使杆身与基础底盘结为一体;(2)有利于杆身的安装调整工作。施工单位认为:(1)灌注水泥砂浆不会保证杆身与基础底盘结为一体,由于安装调整杆身时要有移动,水泥砂浆将不能很好粘结;(2)不灌注水泥砂浆时对调整杆身没有很大妨碍,但可节省水泥人工。
No. 2 (Line-2) Currently, in the transmission line project, the design and construction unit have different opinions on the issue of injecting cement mortar at the chassis slot before installing the reinforced concrete bar. The reasons are: (1) to integrate the shaft with the base chassis; and (2) to facilitate the installation and adjustment of the shaft. The construction company believes that: (1) Cement mortar infusion will not ensure that the shaft is integrated with the base chassis, cement mortar will not bond well due to the movement of the shaft when installing and adjusting; (2) When cement mortar is not poured Adjusting the shaft does not greatly hinder, but it saves cement labor.
