转向架分离装置是跨座式单轨车辆转向架与车体相分离的关键设备,其中沉降梁的旋转控制以及平台升降过程的水平性在转向架分离装置中相当重要。首先对该运动的相关机构进行了结构分析,并利用Pro/E对沉降梁回转以及平台升降运动进行仿真,最后实现了对数字油缸运动规律的反求,验证了水平保持机构方案的可行性,研究结果可以为相似设备的研究与设计提供借鉴。
The bogie separation device is the key equipment for separating the bogie from the vehicle body of a monorail vehicle. The rotation control of the settlement girder and the leveling of the platform lifting and lowering process are very important in the bogie separation device. Firstly, the structure of the relevant mechanism of the movement was analyzed. Pro / E was used to simulate the rotation of the settlement girder and the movement of the platform. Finally, the inverse of the movement of the digital cylinder was verified and the feasibility of the horizontal holding mechanism was verified. The results can provide reference for the research and design of similar equipment.
