目的研究一种用于中心静脉导管环氧乙烷灭菌过程监测器材,探索简易监测方法。方法以国际标准菌株为生物指示剂,通过比较中心静脉导管产品与自制过程监测器材对环氧乙烷灭菌效果监测结果,确认过程监测器材监测的有效性。结果在相同灭菌条件下,中心静脉导管代表产品与本研究设计的过程监测器材对环氧乙烷抗力比较存在差异,前者对环氧乙烷的抗力明显低于后者。结论本研究设计制作的过程监测器材可以作为环氧乙烷灭菌监测指示器材,达到国际标准要求,可以作为中心静脉导管产品族环氧乙烷灭菌的过程监测器材。
Objective To study a monitoring equipment for ethylene oxide sterilization of central venous catheter and to explore a simple monitoring method. Methods The international standard strains as biological indicators, through the comparison of central venous catheter products and home-made process monitoring equipment for ethylene oxide sterilization monitoring results to confirm the effectiveness of process monitoring equipment monitoring. Results Under the same sterilization conditions, the representative products of central venous catheters and the process monitoring equipment designed by this study were different in their resistance to ethylene oxide. The former had lower resistance to ethylene oxide than the latter. Conclusion The process monitoring equipment designed and manufactured in this study can be used as an indicator of ethylene oxide sterilization monitoring equipment to meet the requirements of international standards and can be used as a process monitoring equipment for the ethylene oxide sterilization of the central venous catheter product family.
