《烹饪微生物学》课程中许多教学内容属形态学科,传统的理论课教学中主要依靠挂图、幻灯片、模型等手段讲授,而学生往往在授课过程中产生模糊的认识,在实验课结束后才能有比较完整的知识,感性认识在理性认识之后。多媒体教学以其鲜艳生动的图像、直观的立体模型、逼真的动画模拟等优势解决了传统教学中存在的许多问题。使学生有了更高的学习兴趣,他们认为这样促使学习了解了许多前沿知识。因此,学生更喜欢网络多媒体课件教学的教学模式。
