旋翼系统是直升机与固定翼飞机最根本的区别。旋翼动部件对直升机机体部位振动影响大,机理复杂,因此直升机振动问题的分析处理往往给振动工程人员带来巨大困难和挑战。以某型直升机在试飞过程中出现的异常振动问题为例,从试飞测试、机理分析、数值仿真三个方面研究了直升机旋翼动部件动力学设计对机体异常振动的影响,给出了激励频率从旋转坐标系到固定坐标系的传递关系,直升机旋翼动部件对机体异常频率振动影响的结论。
Rotor system is the most fundamental difference between a helicopter and a fixed-wing aircraft. Rotor moving parts of the helicopter body vibration, complex mechanism, so the helicopter vibration analysis and treatment of vibration engineers often bring great difficulties and challenges. Taking the abnormal vibration problem of a helicopter during the test flight as an example, the influence of the dynamic design of helicopter rotors’ dynamic components on the abnormal vibration of the aircraft is studied from the aspects of flight test, mechanism analysis and numerical simulation.
