凝血酶是一种蛋白水解酶,由两条肽链组成,肽链之间以二硫键相连接。凝血酶是一种国际公认的速效局部止血药。它能直接促使血液中的纤维蛋白原转化成纤维蛋白,并促成血小板的聚集,加速血液凝固,达到迅速止血的目的。对凝血酶的研究国外较早,产品主要是人血凝血酶。国内只是近几年开始研究和开发该产品。
