春玉米若干农艺、生理性状的遗传相关性分析

本试验对玉米单株穗重、叶绿素含量等13个农艺、生理性状进行了遗传相关性分析,并对部分性状与产量的相关进行了通径分析。分析结果表明:①百粒重、穗长、吐丝期叶绿素含量和根系抗垂直拔力与单株籽粒产量具有显著的正遗传相关;叶向值与单株籽粒产量具有显著的负遗传相关;其余性状(株高、穗位高、叶面积、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、穗粒数)与单株籽粒产量的相关不显著;②对部分性状与单株籽粒产量的遗传相关的通径分析表明,百粒重和穗长与产量的相关主要是由自身的直接效应造成的,而株高,穗位高、叶绿素含量、叶向值和穗粗与产量的遗传相关主要是由间接效应造成的;穗行数、行粒数和穗粒数与产量的遗传相关是直接效应和间接效应综合作用的结果。 In this experiment, 13 agronomic and physiological traits such as panicle weight and chlorophyll content of maize were genotyped, and the correlations between some traits and yield were analyzed. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant positive genetic correlation between the grain weight per 100 grains weight, the spike length, silking stage and the anti-vertical pulling force at the silking stage and the grain yield per plant; There was no significant correlation between the traits (plant height, ear height, leaf area, ear diameter, ear number per row, number of rows per ear, grain number per ear) and grain yield per plant; ② Genetic relationship between some traits and grain yield per plant The path analysis showed that the correlation between 100-grain weight and panicle length and yield was mainly caused by its direct effect. The genetic correlations between plant height, ear height, chlorophyll content, leaf value and ear diameter and yield were mainly Indirect effects caused by indirect; spike rows, rows and grains per spike and grain yield and genetic correlation is the direct effect and the indirect effect of the combined effect of the results.
