目的 防范急诊医疗纠纷的发生。方法 对本院1999~2002年发生85例急诊医疗纠纷进行分类和原因分析。结果 发生急诊医疗纠纷的原因主要是责任心不强、急诊意识不强、医患沟通不充分、服务态度差、医疗费用问题、医疗技术水平不高、急诊环境差等。结论 要防止急诊医疗纠纷,应做到:加强急诊制度,严格首诊负责制,完善岗前培训和考核制度,严格执行监督检查制度、纠纷报告制度、纠纷科室参与制度,加强职业道德教育和法律宣传教育,维系医患良好关系,建立合理的急诊医学管理模式。
Objective To guard against the occurrence of emergency medical disputes. Methods 85 cases of emergency medical disputes in our hospital from 1999 to 2002 were classified and analyzed. Results The main causes of emergency medical disputes were weak sense of responsibility, lack of emergency awareness, inadequate communication between doctors and patients, poor service attitude, medical expenses, poor medical technology, and poor emergency environment. Conclusion To prevent emergency medical disputes, it is necessary to strengthen the emergency diagnosis system, strict first-response responsibility system, perfect pre-job training and assessment system, strictly implement the supervision and inspection system, dispute reporting system, dispute department participation system, strengthen professional ethics education and law. Publicity and education, maintaining a good relationship between doctors and patients, and establishing a reasonable emergency medical management model.
