随着快速发展的现代化脚步,国家整体的经济科技文化水平显著提高,人们物质生活水平也在不断提高,使人们对于建筑相关设计的要求也更高。除了在产品质量上、性能上、环保上有着更高的要求外,同时也对建筑外观装饰设计提出了更高的需求。多数建筑外观设计方式都是结合周边的环境以及城市整体的物色,采用一定的处理手法来进行搭配,设计成具有一定观赏性的建筑。本文通过对建筑外观装饰和立面设计的原则因素分析,建筑整体美观性与实用性的相结合作一个浅析和探讨。
With the rapid pace of modernization, the economy, science, technology and culture of the country as a whole have been remarkably enhanced. People’s material and living standards have also been constantly increasing, and people’s requirements for building-related design have also been raised. In addition to product quality, performance, environmental protection has a higher demand, but also on the building exterior decorative design put forward higher demand. Most architectural exterior design methods are combined with the surrounding environment and the city’s overall look, using a certain approach to be collocated, designed to have some ornamental architecture. In this paper, through the analysis of the principle factors of architectural appearance decoration and facade design, the combination of overall aesthetics and practicality of architecture is analyzed and discussed.
