目前,我国除新建矿井外,绝大多数煤矿生产地区向深远延伸,一般情况下救护队出动救援往往都是大型恶性事故,另外,随着煤矿管理的规范化,高科技开采的提升,安全状况明显好转,而救护队指战员的年轻化,在经验方面积累的较少,矿山救护队要想快速有效地完成救援任务,指战员除具备良好的身体素质、业务技术素质外,还必须具有良好的心理素质,如何提高救护队员的心理素质并适应恶劣环境的能力,是目前矿山救护工作面临的一个重要课题。
