立足于企业层面,综合全球价值链与生产网络、创新能力与技术学习和产业集群与创新体系三种范式,构建“环境-路径-绩效”的效果评估框架,运用珠三角调查数据来分析从事新兴产业的企业升级现状,指出其中存在的优势与劣势,并提出相应的政策建议。
Based on the corporate level, the three frameworks of global value chain and production network, innovation capability and technology learning and industrial clusters and innovation system are put forward to build an evaluation framework of “environment-path-performance” and the data from the Pearl River Delta Enterprises engaged in emerging industries upgrade the status quo, pointed out that there are advantages and disadvantages, and make the appropriate policy recommendations.
