目的:研究新疆地区维吾尔族(维族)原发性高血压(EH)人群血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因(I/D)多态性及其与血清ACE水平(SACE)的关系。方法:随机抽取新疆维吾尔自治区喀什地区疏附县人民医院2013-2014年间50例维族原发性高血压患者作为病例组(EH),52例维族健康体检者作为正常对照组(NT),采用聚合酶连锁反应(PCR)技术检测两组血中ACE基因第16内含子(I/D)多态性,采用紫外分光光度法检测SACE水平,采用多重线性回归分析ACE基因多态性与SACE的关系。结果:EH组的SACE水平高于NT组(P<0.001);在EH组和NT组中,不同ACE基因型之间SACE水平的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),均为DD型>DI型>Ⅱ型。多重线性回归显示DD基因型和DI基因型相对于Ⅱ基因型更能使SACE水平增加(P<0.001)。结论:维族EH患者SACE水平较对照组高,DD及DI基因型的个体SACE水平较Ⅱ基因型高。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between ACE gene (ACE) gene polymorphism and serum ACE level (SACE) in Uighur Uighur population in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods: 50 cases of Uighur essential hypertension (EH) and 52 Uygur healthy subjects were selected randomly from Shufu County People’s Hospital of Kashgar Prefecture in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region between 2013 and 2014 as the normal control group (NT) Enzyme-linked-chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect the 16th intron (I / D) polymorphism of ACE gene in both groups. The level of SACE was detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the relationship between ACE gene polymorphism and SACE relationship. Results: The levels of SACE in EH group were significantly higher than those in NT group (P <0.001). There was significant difference in SACE between different ACE genotypes in EH group and NT group (P <0.001) DI type> Ⅱ type. Multiple linear regression showed that DD genotype and DI genotype increased SACE level more than genotype II (P <0.001). Conclusion: The SACE level of Uighur-EH patients is higher than that of the control group, while the SACE level of DD and DI genotypes is higher than that of Ⅱ genotypes.
