本文仅研究湖南西部保靖县、凤凰县、新晃县和贵州东部铜仁县、玉屏县(图1)之中、上寒武统及三叶虫动物群。该区的三叶虫动物群曾被卢衍豪(1974,53页)称为过渡型,沉积物是以灰岩为主的碳酸盐类沉积,其东南为东南型的江南沉积区(为细碎屑岩类和黑色灰岩),其西北为华北型的扬子沉积区,这里则是以白云岩为主的碳酸盐类沉积。由于沉积环境的急剧变化,引起了动物群的极大差异。因此,对本区三叶虫和地层的详细研究将有利于我国南方各岩相区地层的对比。同时,这里的三叶虫动物群十分丰富,既有典型的华北型三叶虫,如原附栉虫 Proasaphisous,李三虫 Lisania,青地虫 Aojia,复州虫
This paper studies only the Upper Cambrian and Trilobite fauna in Baojing County, Fenghuang County, Xinhuang County in western Hunan Province and Tongren County and Yuping County in eastern Guizhou (Figure 1). The trilobite fauna in the area was once referred to as transitional by Lu Yan-hao (1974, p. 53). The sediments are limestone-dominated carbonate sediments, and southeast of the southeastern southern depositional area Rock and black limestone).
