本文采用一次性被动回避条件反应—跳台法及避暗法的行为实验和3种化学物质所致记忆障碍的模型,观察了对-氯苯甲氧基乙酸二甲氨基乙酯盐酸盐对小鼠学习记忆的影响。结果表明上述化合物能对抗东莨菪碱引起的记忆获得障碍;对于氯霉素所致记忆巩固不良以及30%乙醇引起的记忆再现障碍均有对抗作用。
In this paper, a one-time passive avoidance conditional reaction—a step-by-step approach and behavioral experiment of avoidance of darkness and a model of memory impairment caused by three kinds of chemicals—is observed. The dimethylaminoethyl ester hydrochloride of p-chlorobenzyloxyacetic acid is observed to be small. Rats’ learning and memory effects. The results showed that the above compounds could counteract the memory acquisition disorders caused by scopolamine; they have antagonistic effects on memory consolidation caused by chloramphenicol and memory regeneration caused by 30% ethanol.
