近年来,随着高校的外延式扩张,高校招生人数不断增加,基本上实现了从精英教育向大众化教育的转变。作为国家主要人才输出口,高校的内部控制影响其管理质量、教学质量,进而影响到整个人才市场。然而,当前高校的内部控制管理力度不够,效果不尽人意。本文通过对我国高校内部职能部门的设置进行研究,从而寻找改善高校内部控制的突破口。
In recent years, with the expansion of the extension of colleges and universities, enrollment in colleges and universities continue to increase, basically achieved from elite education to popular education change. As a major exporter of national talent, the internal control of colleges and universities affects their management quality and teaching quality, which in turn affects the entire talent market. However, the current university internal control management is not enough, the effect is not satisfactory. This paper studies the setup of the internal functional departments of colleges and universities in our country, so as to find a breakthrough to improve the internal control of colleges and universities.
