SDRAM以其快速、方便和价格便宜等特点而常被选做为视频预处理的缓冲存储器。根据SDRAM的特性,针对MT48LC8M8A2这一型号设计一款基于FPGA的SDRAM控制器。首先,本文根据视频处理的实际应用对SDRAM控制器做了功能上的简化约定,在学习了大量的FPGA设计文献资料,仔细研究了FPGA的设计思想、设计方法以及Xilnx FPGA设计流程后,对Xilinx公司Spartan~(TM)IIE系列FPGA的内部结构作了详细的分析。本文在研究SDRAM通信规范的基础上,根据简化约定,用Verilog语言设计实现了SDRAM控制器。在研究FPGA的设计实现、综合和验证的方法的基础上,本文用Xilinx集成开发环境对设计进行了综合优化和实现,并编写测试码进行了功能测试。 SDRAM is often chosen as a buffer for video preprocessing for its fast, easy and inexpensive features. According to the characteristics of SDRAM, designed for the MT48LC8M8A2 this model an FPGA-based SDRAM controller. First of all, according to the practical application of video processing, SDRAM controller has made a functional simplification convention. After studying a large amount of FPGA design literature, carefully studied the FPGA design idea, design method and Xilnx FPGA design flow, The company Spartan ~ (TM) IIE series FPGA internal structure made a detailed analysis. Based on the study of SDRAM communication specification, this paper designs SDRAM controller by Verilog language according to the simplified convention. Based on the research of FPGA design, synthesis and verification methods, this paper comprehensively optimizes and realizes the design with Xilinx integrated development environment, and compiles the test code to carry on the function test.
