随着近几年国内市场的进一步发展,零售行业也呈现出快速增长的趋势,国内零售业之间相互竞争造成人才供不应求,使得零售业主对人才的需求更加迫切。独立学院作为中国特有的新兴办学模式,如何立足市场,提高针对零售行业营销的教学水平,培养出具有创新意识和素质的实用型人才,成为当前研究的首要任务。本文从市场需求出发,针对独立学院教学主体的特征,明确课程教学目标,提出课程教学创新。
With the further development of the domestic market in recent years, the retail industry has also shown a rapid growth trend. The competition among domestic retail industries has caused a shortage of qualified personnel, making the demand for retail professionals even more urgent. Independent college, as a new emerging mode of education in China, has become the primary task of current research on how to base itself on the market, raise the level of teaching on the marketing of the retail industry, and cultivate practical talents with innovative awareness and quality. This article, starting from the market demand, aims at the characteristics of independent main body of teaching, clarifies the teaching objectives of the course, and proposes the innovation of teaching in the course.
