建设项目的造价管理在项目建设管理上是一个重要的方面,并且近年来随着改革开放的不断深入和经济建设的发展而不断发展着。外资企业的进驻,使得我国急需更加先进的造价管理的方案,这样才能提高投效益,给我国带来更多的经济效益和发展。因此,本文对工程造价的风险控制以及管理方法提出了一些看法和建议,希望能够有所帮助。
The cost management of construction projects is an important aspect in the project construction and management and has been continuously developed in recent years with the deepening of reform and opening up and the development of economic construction. The presence of foreign-funded enterprises makes our country urgently need more advanced cost management solutions, so as to enhance investment efficiency and bring more economic benefits and development to our country. Therefore, this article puts forward some opinions and suggestions on risk control and management methods of project cost, hoping to be helpful.
