山东省人民政府令第289号《山东省防震减灾知识普及办法》已经2015年5月6日省政府第55次常务会议通过,现予公布,自2015年7月1日起施行。省长郭树清2015年5月19日第一章总则第一条为了普及防震减灾知识,增强公民的防震减灾意识,提高全社会的防震减灾能力,根据《中华人民共和国防震减灾法》、《中华人民共和国科学技术普及法》等法律、法规,结合本省实际,制定本办法。第二条本省行政区域内开展防震减灾知识普及活动,适用本办法。第三条本办法所称防震减灾知识,是指与防震减灾相关的法律法规、科学知识和技能等各类知识的总称。
Shandong Provincial People’s Government Order No. 289 “Measures for Popularizing Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction in Shandong Province” was passed at the 55th executive meeting of the provincial government on May 6, 2015. It is hereby promulgated and will come into force on July 1, 2015. Governor Guo Shuqing May 19, 2015 Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to popularize earthquake prevention and disaster reduction knowledge, enhance citizens’ awareness of earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation and enhance the ability of the whole society to prevent earthquakes and reduce disaster, according to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction, Republic Science and Technology Popularization Law “and other laws and regulations, combined with the actual province, the development of this approach. Article 2 The implementation of earthquake-resistant and disaster-reduction knowledge popularization activities in the administrative areas of this province applies to these Measures. Article 3 The term ”knowledge of earthquake disaster prevention and reduction" mentioned in these Measures refers to the general term of laws, regulations, scientific knowledge and skills related to earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
