思政课实践教学中教师的角色扮演有利于提升高职大学生的职业素养,也有利于实现高职院校培养综合素质高、具有创新精神和实践能力强的应用型专门人才的目标。文章从分析思政课实践教学教师角色扮演的困境和必要性入手,总结出教师角色扮演的三个关键环节:健全评价机制,消除角色迷茫;强化角色意识,实现角色重塑;重视角色培训,提升角色能力。
The role-playing of teachers in the practical teaching of ideological and political courses is conducive to improving the vocational qualities of vocational college students, and also conducive to the goal of vocational colleges to cultivate application-oriented professionals with high overall quality, innovative spirit and practical ability. Starting with the analysis of the plight and necessity of teachers’ role-playing in ideological and political course practice, the article summarizes three key aspects of teacher role-playing: perfect the evaluation mechanism, eliminating the confusion of roles, strengthening the awareness of roles and reshaping the role, emphasizing role training, Enhance character ability.
