为了能对沥青路面面层常见的集料离析病害进行简单、快速的检测评价,该文基于数字图像处理技术,对多幅沥青混合料摊铺时的图像进行了均匀性相关分析,在对图像进行彩色图像转化为灰度图像、滤波、去噪、直方图均衡化、图像分割、形态学处理开闭运算等操作之后再转化为二值图像,然后用划分网格的方式确定沥青混合料摊铺时的图像颗粒面积分布的变异系数,同时采用面积控制系数从双方面来判定是否离析的计算方法,计算多组图像的方差及变异系数值及面积控制系数,将所得变异系数和面积控制系数与图像对比,得到图像颗粒均匀性较好时各系数的指标值范围。并对得出的指标进行相应的试验验证。结果表明:通过颗粒面积分布的变异系数和面积控制系数两个指标能较好地反映沥青路面集料的均匀程度。
