自然科学的两大传统——理性传统和经验传统,对应于科学教育的两大功能,即培养学生的思维能力和实践能力,这对科学教育和教学活动有着直接的影响和指导意义。探究型科学课体现的主要是经验传统,核心是探究,但在现实的科学课堂上,过于突出外化的行为而忽视思维探究,易导致探究型科学课的异化。思维型科学课体现了理性传统,突出思维训练,切合科学教育的本质,适合常态化科学课的教学。需要把二者结合起来,以促进科学教育的正常开展。
The two traditions of the natural sciences, the rational tradition and the experience tradition, correspond to two major functions of science education, that is, cultivating students’ thinking ability and practical ability, which have a direct influence and guiding significance on science education and teaching activities. The main content of inquiry science course is the experience tradition. The core is inquiry. However, in realistic science class, it is too much to emphasize the behavior of externalization and to ignore the inquiry of thinking, which easily lead to the alienation of inquiry science class. Thinking science class embodies the rational tradition, highlight thinking training, meet the nature of science education, suitable for the normalization of science class teaching. The two need to be combined to promote the normal development of science education.
