目的 探讨颅内肿瘤患者全血GSH-Px活性变化及其意义。方法 应用DTNB直接法检测34例颅内肿瘤患者术前1日及术后3周全血GSH-Px活性。结果 颅内肿瘤患者术前全血GSH-Px活性较对照组明显降低,且恶性肿瘤患者全血GSH-Px活性下降更为明显。术后3周良性颅内肿瘤患者全血GSH-Px活性已恢复正常,而恶性颅内肿瘤患者仍未恢复至正常水平。结论 GSH-Px活性变化与颅内肿瘤的发生及预后有一定的关系。
Objective To investigate the changes of GSH-Px activity in whole blood of patients with intracranial tumors and its significance. Methods The GSH-Px activities in whole blood of 34 patients with intracranial tumors were detected by DTNB direct method on the first day and the third week after surgery. Results The activity of GSH-Px in preoperative whole blood of patients with intracranial tumor was significantly lower than that of control group, and the activity of GSH-Px in whole blood of patients with malignant tumor was more obvious. The activity of GSH-Px in whole blood of patients with benign intracranial tumors after 3 weeks has returned to normal, but the patients with malignant intracranial tumors have not returned to normal levels. Conclusion The change of GSH-Px activity has some relationship with the occurrence and prognosis of intracranial tumors.
