研究工作者在分析制动器计算问题时,一般认为,在制动鼓与制动蹄的接触部分产生法向(径向)分布载荷以及与其相应的摩擦力。并根据这一假设,推导出沿摩擦衬片长度方向均匀分布或呈正弦和余弦规律分布载荷时的制动力力矩的计算公式。按这些公式计算的结果表明,摩擦衬片与制动鼓接触点距制动蹄回转轴(支承轴)越远,获得的制动力矩越大。该计算结果与实际状况是不相符的。本文提出了相反的结论,即制动鼓与摩擦衬片接触点距离
Researchers in the analysis of brake calculation problems, it is generally believed that the brake drum and brake shoe contact part of the normal (radial) distribution of load and its corresponding friction. According to this hypothesis, the formula for calculating the braking force moment along the longitudinal direction of the friction linings uniformly distributed or distributed in sine and cosine law is deduced. The results calculated using these formulas show that the further the braking torque is obtained, the farther the contact point between the friction lining and the brake drum is from the rotating shaft (support shaft) of the brake shoe. This calculation does not match the actual situation. This paper presents the opposite conclusion, that is, the contact distance between the brake drum and the friction lining
