随着社会经济的发展,人们生活水平的日益提高,人们对居住环境的要求也在不断提高,园林景观项目在住宅工程中也出现得越来越多。然而,因为园林工程的自身独特性,施工时周边环境的变化或地质条件等因素都有可能造成园林工程施工难度的增加,带来风险。鉴于此,笔者将本文命名为《园林工程项目的风险管理研究》,首先介绍了园林工程项目的风险管理内容,然后提出了一些园林工程项目的风险管理建议,旨在加强与同行的沟通交流,不断提高园林工程项目的风险管理水平。
With the development of society and economy, people’s living standards are increasing day by day. People’s requirements for living environment are also constantly increasing. Landscape projects have also appeared more and more in residential projects. However, because of the uniqueness of landscape engineering, changes in the surrounding environment during construction or geological conditions and other factors are likely to cause increased difficulty in the construction of landscape engineering, resulting in risks. In view of this, the author named the article “Research on Risk Management of Landscape Engineering Project”, first introduced the risk management content of landscape engineering project, and then proposed some risk management suggestions of landscape engineering project aimed at strengthening communication and exchange with peers, Continuously improve the landscape project risk management.
