为了探究信息时代下历史文化乡村旅游中公共信息产品的使用体验和未来发展趋势,文章对历史文化型乡村旅游典型性代表——安徽省黟县西递村旅游景区进行了实地调研,通过观察访谈法及问卷调查法了解景区内现有公共信息产品设施建设的不足之处,归纳总结问题点并为今后发展新空间提供建议和思路,以此提高游客满意度、增强观光体验,建立起游客忠诚度,实现乡村旅游的可持续发展,对今后同类型的乡村旅游景区公共信息产品的设计开发具有参考价值。
In order to explore the experience of using public information products in historical and cultural rural tourism under the information age and the future development trend, this paper conducted a field survey on the tourist scenic spots of Xidi Village in Shexian County, Anhui Province, a typical representative of historical and cultural rural tourism. Law and Questionnaire Survey Understand the inadequacies of existing public information products and facilities in scenic areas, summarize the problems and provide suggestions and ideas for the development of new space in the future, in order to improve tourist satisfaction, enhance tourism experience and establish tourist loyalty The realization of the sustainable development of rural tourism will be of reference value to the design and development of the public information products of the same type of rural tourist attractions in the future.
