20世纪90年代,我国公车规范、改革就初露端倪。1993年,广东东莞沙田镇率先开始取消领导干部的公务用车,改发交通补贴。1994年和1999年中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅先后颁布《关于党政机关汽车配备和使用管理的规定》,《关于调整党政机关汽车配备使用标准的通知》,对公务用车进行规范。2004年国管局印
90 years of the 20th century, China’s bus norms, the reform began to emerge. In 1993, Shatin Town, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, took the lead in starting the cancellation of official vehicles by leading cadres and the reform of traffic subsidies.
