本文研究了非离子表面活性剂吐温-80、曲通X-100和乳化剂OP增敏的SAF O-NPF和P-NPF与锗的9种显色反应。结果表明,Ge-O-NPF-吐温-80显色体系的ε达2.07×10~5。在掩蔽剂存在下,方法有良好的选择性,用于矿石中微量锗的测定,结果满意。 (一)实验方法于25ml容量瓶中,加入0—6μg锗标准溶液,10N硫酸7.5ml,O-NPF 2ml,吐温-80 3ml,用水定容,摇匀。放置20分钟后,于751-G光度计上,用1cm比色皿在波长510nm处以试剂空白为参比,测量吸光度。
In this paper, nine color reactions of SAF O-NPF and P-NPF with germanium and non-ionic surfactant Tween-80, Triton X-100 and emulsifier OP were studied. The results showed that the ε of Ge-O-NPF-Tween-80 system was 2.07 × 10-5. In the presence of masking agent, the method has good selectivity for the determination of trace amounts of germanium in ore with satisfactory results. (A) Experimental Methods In a 25ml volumetric flask, add 0-6μg germanium standard solution, 10ml sulfuric acid 7.5ml, O-NPF 2ml, Tween-80 3ml, water volume, shake. After 20 minutes, absorbance was measured on a 751-G luminometer using a 1 cm cuvette at a wavelength of 510 nm using a reagent blank as a reference.
