目的观察持续负压封闭引流(VSD)与常规凡士林纱布覆盖敷料加压包扎法在创面游离皮片植皮中的临床应用疗效。方法对20例局部皮肤软组织缺损创面患者常规行清创、游离皮片植皮术,其中10例术后行持续负压封闭引流,另10例行传统凡士林纱布覆盖、敷料加压包扎,观察术后第8天移植皮片成活率及1个月后皮片色泽及硬度。结果皮片移植术后第8天,VSD组皮片成活率明显高于传统加压包扎组(P<0.05),且术后1个月随访,VSD组皮片色泽、质地较传统加压包扎组更接近正常皮肤,而传统加压包扎组较VSD组更接近瘢瘢组织。结论相对于传统加压包扎方法,VSD能提高移植皮片的成活率,且能提高皮片的成活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of continuous negative pressure closed drainage (VSD) and conventional Vaseline gauze overlay dressing on skin flap in skin grafts. Methods Twenty patients with local skin and soft tissue defect underwent routine debridement and free skin grafting. Among them, 10 patients underwent continuous vacuum drainage and drainage, while the other 10 patients underwent traditional Vaseline gauze covering and dressing dressing. Postoperative The survival rate of skin grafts on day 8 and the color and hardness of skin after 1 month. Results On the 8th day after skin grafting, the survival rate of skin flap in VSD group was significantly higher than that in conventional compression dressing group (P <0.05), and was followed up 1 month after skin grafting. The skin color and texture of VSD group were more pressure- Group closer to the normal skin, while the traditional pressure bandaging group VSD group closer to the scar tissue. Conclusion Compared with the traditional compression bandaging method, VSD can improve the survival rate of transplanted skin graft and improve the survival quality of skin graft.
